Key Responsibilities -

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budget vs. actuals, workforce vs. forecast, and utility spend trends within the assigned real estate portfolio.
• Assist in annual budget planning, preparation, and development for the assigned real estate portfolio.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles, including data collection, report generation, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Partner with operations teams to identify and explain budget discrepancies, and forecast adjustments,
• Understand and track the full life cycle of work orders, from creation to completion, and analyze their impact on current month’s financial results.
• Generate and support routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards, graphs, presentations, and internal/external financial documentation.
• Maintain working knowledge of the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and any relevant amendments, appendices, or client-specific protocols.
• Monitor and support client-facing financial activities related to utilities.
• Organize and maintain team data, reporting tools, templates, and communication workflows.
• Participate in the creation and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and training materials.
• Support special projects and perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with computer-based accounting systems; familiarity with GDA platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels of the organization
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Strong adaptability and flexibility in managing tasks and shifting priorities
• Excellent interpretation skills and interpersonal sensitivity

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
