The Jitterbit Product team drives innovation, growth, and customer satisfaction across the Harmony Platform. We are a collaborative, globally distributed group of product managers, each owning different parts of the product portfolio. We work closely with engineering, UX design, QA, documentation, support, marketing, sales, and alliances to define and deliver high-quality solutions.

About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for Connectors—a foundational capability in Jitterbit’s integration ecosystem. This includes ownership of pre-built connectors across SaaS apps (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite), protocols (e.g., HTTP, FTP), and data sources. You will also support other application modules as needed.
You will work alongside a team of experienced Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our connector strategy aligns with customer needs, partner ecosystems, and platform goals. Your responsibilities span the entire product lifecycle: from ideation and market analysis to roadmap definition, execution, and go-to-market support.

What you’ll do: Each day will bring new challenges but the Project Manager’s daily activities will be working closely with Professional Services’ project teams and customers to manage implementation projects’ timelines, budgets,, risks, and project stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery. You will manage multiple engagements simultaneously, understand the customer’s deadlines and be responsible for overall project delivery and artifacts.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Jitterbit’s Connectors portfolio, with additional support for other applications as needed
Define and prioritize product requirements for connectors and application features based on customer needs and technical feasibility
Collaborate with engineering and QA to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure connectors and applications
Work with UX Designers to ensure consistent, intuitive user experiences across products
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment in an agile environment
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Documentation to support launches and adoption
Present product vision and plans to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Engage customers, partners, and SMEs to identify and prioritize high-impact endpoints
Employ best practices in product management, including feedback loops, prioritization frameworks, and data-driven decisions
Collaborate with global teams, including offshore and partner developers in Asia and LATAM
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably with B2B SaaS products
3+ years working in an agile development environment
Experience managing a successful, growing product portfolio
Strong technical understanding of APIs, connectors, data integration, and protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC, FTP, GraphQL)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with globally distributed teams and partner developers
Strong influencing and collaboration skills
Positive, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset
Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment across EST and PST time zones
