Skills
- Expert-level project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to coordinate international events and travel logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end event execution for tradeshows, conferences, and hosted experiences including logistics and staff coordination.
- Spearhead signature summits in the U.S. and Europe for physician partners.
- Produce monthly virtual Fireside Chat series featuring industry experts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define goals, messaging, and programming.
- Act as front-of-house for physician and executive attendees.
- Manage vendors, logistics, budgets, and measure KPIs including ROI.
- Develop promotional materials with internal and external support.
- Continuously innovate event strategies for greater impact and cost-effectiveness.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not explicitly required.
