Join The Loving Companies as our dynamic Marketing Project Manager and take the helm of our in-house marketing powerhouse. You’ll spearhead social media and email campaigns, craft the voice of our monthly newsletter, and leverage data-driven insights to sharpen performance. Own the transformation of our website, design unforgettable customer appreciation events, and collaborate directly with senior leaders on high-impact initiatives. What Success Looks Like

  • Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholders to launch social media posts, email sequences, and our monthly newsletter on schedule and within scope
  • Track scorecards and online-presence metrics (website traffic, social engagement, open/click rates), synthesize insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Own and maintain the company website, coordinate content updates, performance monitoring, and enhancements
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, from customer appreciation gatherings to leadership offsites, ensuring high satisfaction and measurable ROI
  • Liaise with the leadership team to ensure marketing initiatives advance organizational objectives
  • Propose, pilot, and scale new tactics, platforms, and technologies that drive competitive advantage 
  • Manage organization-wide projects in collaboration with leadership teams, ensuring cross-departmental alignment and on-time delivery 
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure cohesive messaging across social, email, newsletter, and web channels 
  • Design and implement customer satisfaction surveys and feedback loops, analyze results, and recommend improvements to enhance engagement
  • Maintain and organize the marketing asset library and enforce brand guidelines for all internal and external materials 
  • Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports and executive summaries to the leadership team
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned that support the mission and core values of The Loving Companies, ensuring alignment with our culture of community, integrity, and impact

Requirements

What Sets You Apart

  • At least six (6) years of experience managing marketing projects and campaigns, preferably in B2B or professional-services environments
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CMS platforms, CRM integration, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and basic HTML/CSS for effective website management
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and ownership, proactively driving projects from concept to completion
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
  • Strong communicator with the ability to distill complex data into clear, persuasive narratives
  • Forward-thinking mindset, constantly scanning for emerging channels, technologies, and tactics
  • Passion for culture and community, with a commitment to our values of integrity, impact, and inclusivity
  • PMP certification highly preferred
