Senior Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success

Iterable is an AI-powered customer engagement platform serving leading brands globally. We are hiring a Senior Manager for Mid-Market Customer Success to lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers focused on $80k–$250k ARR accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion while partnering cross-functionally to scale success processes.

Skills

  • Proven leadership managing and scaling customer success teams
  • Strong relationship-building with executive stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B SaaS customer success and enterprise solution delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High empathy and customer-focused problem solving
  • Comfort with technical concepts and troubleshooting
  • Data-driven mindset to define and track CS metrics
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer usage and identify ways to increase product ROI and adoption
  • Drive regular check-ins and QBRs while monitoring client satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for retention and expansion
  • Maintain trusted-advisor relationships with customer executive stakeholders
  • Own frontline resolution of customer issues and escalations
  • Build, manage, coach and motivate a high-performing Customer Success team
  • Serve as individual contributor on a small portfolio alongside management duties
  • Define, track and report team metrics that measure impact on retention, growth and product adoption
  • Recommend product improvements to simplify customer workflows and increase value
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing to align messaging and solutions
  • Develop a scalable Customer Success strategy to support company growth
  • Manage staffing, training, performance management and career development for the department
  • Create training materials and workshops to share best practices across the organization

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ongoing professional development in customer success, leadership or SaaS best practices
