We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events based in Arlington, VA. This role involves project management, website support, and communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless event experiences.
Responsibilities: Coordinate project timelines and tasks related to events, manage communications with attendees and speakers, assist with technical setup for virtual events, and analyze post-event data.
Skills: Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in office software, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Qualifications: A four-year college degree in a relevant field is preferred, with 2 years of experience in event coordination or related fields, especially with virtual events.

This role supports the production and programming team in managing project timelines, coordinating various event facets, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, speakers, and volunteers, and provides general administrative and project support across the division as needed. The Production Coordinator will contribute to all stages of event production, from planning to post-event analysis, while also assisting with departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects.
