- Project management across multiple concurrent retail construction projects
- Experience with construction/project management software (Procore, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Budgeting, cost control and forecasting for construction projects
- Schedule development, phasing and coordination with operations
- Contractor procurement, bidding and vendor management
- Review and approval of shop drawings, submittals and change orders
- Strong verbal and written communication and stakeholder coordination
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle project delivery for renovations, remodels, and special projects (up to ~10 projects/year) across North America.
- Serve as primary liaison between store teams, HQ stakeholders, and contractors/vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Develop detailed schedules, phasing plans, and Vendor Delivery Schedules to minimize disruption to store operations and customers.
- Review and redline design sets, coordinate permits, and track long-lead items and project risks.
- Manage bidding, award process, and contract administration including Landlord Work Letters and kick-off coordination.
- Lead weekly OAC calls, perform regular site visits, generate punch lists, and monitor completion and quality.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, payment applications, invoices, and recommend disposition of change orders.
- Partner with Construction Finance to maintain accurate budget forecasts and closeout project documentation.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM) are a plus
