Responsibilities
- Establish and standardize program management tools, frameworks, and best practices across segment units and projects.
- Provide governance and oversight to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, schedules, budgets and delivery standards.
- Mentor and develop program managers and senior program leaders to build scalable, high-performance program teams.
- Define and manage reporting rhythms for status, schedules and budgets on weekly, monthly and quarterly cadences.
- Partner with General Managers and functional teams to align resources with program demand and mitigate execution risks.
- Serve as the primary program management representative across the organization to align program efforts with long-term strategy.
- Promote a results-oriented, customer-focused culture of accountability, continuous improvement and clear communication.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
