Contract Senior Digital Project Manager
Skills
- Hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience including redesigns, migrations, authoring, and translations
- Proven experience managing website builds and web application projects from concept through delivery
- Strong understanding of web development workflows, CMS platforms, and UX/design principles
- Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to run multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of website and digital experience projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Define and manage milestones, dependencies, and resource requests to meet scope and timeline requirements
- Serve as primary client contact for communications, expectations, risk management, and escalations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (strategy, design, development, QA) to ensure clear understanding of objectives
- Monitor and report on project health, milestones, deliverables, and financial performance
- Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks and resolve roadblocks
- Facilitate meetings and maintain alignment among stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within the PMO
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- PM certification (PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus but not required
