About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and provide dedicated support to the Technology and Operations Division. This role will serve as a key finance partner, providing insights and analysis to drive decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial accountability.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Lead monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, providing actionable insights to technology and Global Security leadership.
Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
Partner with Technology and Global Security leadership to drive headcount planning and management, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and financial targets.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for business partners and technology leadership.
Monitor and analyze financial results to Identify areas of potential cost savings and efficiencies to incorporate into the firm’s financial plan and forecast.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Technology, and Corporate functions to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate capital projects, business cases, and investment opportunities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, tools, and systems.
Requirements of the Role
3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance; experience supporting technology with capital investment experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency with financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Workday) a plus.
Strong understanding of capital planning, project financial analysis, and budgeting/forecasting processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
