Responsibilities
- Incubate and test new businesses and strategic initiatives from ideation to scaled execution.
- Work across levels: analyze data, build models, interview users, and pitch to executives.
- Design and scale operating systems: metrics, cadences, and workflows to align teams.
- Drive cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Act as a force multiplier by bringing clarity, speed, and energy to priority challenges.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) preferred but not required

- Base salary $130,000–$160,000 (CA-based applicants)
