- Ability to document processes and implement internal controls
Responsibilities
- Lead completion and stabilization of the NetSuite ERP implementation and related system integrations
- Manage and account for complex inventory and revenue recognition issues (ASC 606 focus)
- Design, document, and implement improved month-end close processes and controls
- Prepare for and support the company’s first external audit and ongoing audit readiness
- Develop meaningful financial reporting and actionable operational analysis for leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and engineering on financial systems and data flows
- Optimize and reduce financial close cycle time and improve accounting process efficiency
- Mentor and coordinate with finance team members and external advisors
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA license preferred
