Responsibilities
- Prepare and support external regulatory filings including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, earnings releases and related XBRL
- Compile complete financial statements, cash flow, footnotes and MD&A with full tie-out documentation
- Prepare share-based compensation journal entries and reconciliations for close
- Maintain and test Sarbanes-Oxley controls over financial reporting
- Assist in quarterly and annual SEC reporting planning and execution
- Perform disclosure benchmarking and accounting research; prepare GAAP/SEC disclosure checklists
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Financial Ops and Legal
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA license or actively pursuing CPA
