- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- 1+ years of professional accounting or finance experience
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 experience a plus)
- Knowledge of US GAAP and experience with international/local accounting standards
- Ability to analyze large volumes of transactions; SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when needed; must be onsite in Hawthorne
Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly accounting close to deliver timely, accurate financial reports for Starlink subsidiaries
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, reserves, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and foreign currency conversions
- Coordinate with local service providers to support statutory filings and bridge local statutory books to U.S. GAAP
- Support tax team and local providers on VAT/GST compliance and documentation for refunds/credits
- Drive process improvement and standardization of reporting
- Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits and liaise with auditors
- Contribute to special projects as requested
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required (accounting, finance, business preferred)
- CPA or equivalent preferred

- Base salary range $80,000 - $115,000/year
