Manager of Strategic Accounts - Renewable Energy

InCharge Energy is a clean-transportation infrastructure company seeking a strategic, results-driven Manager of Strategic Accounts — Renewable Energy to own and grow large national enterprise partnerships across EV charging, solar, battery storage, EPC, and services. This role reports to the CRO and will develop account strategies, lead cross-functional delivery, and expand revenue across major portfolios in North America.

Skills

  • 10+ years enterprise sales, key account management, or business development in technical/infrastructure or clean energy
  • Proven record building and scaling strategic programs with large enterprise accounts (>$10M annually)
  • Deep knowledge of EV charging, fleet electrification, EaaS, large-scale infrastructure deployment, solar and microgrids
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), contract management, and sales forecasting
  • Strong negotiation skills and SLA management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and executive presentation skills
  • Comfort navigating complex stakeholder environments and leading cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for major North American accounts focused on long-term strategic growth
  • Own full customer lifecycle from opportunity development through post-deployment support, including pricing, contract negotiation, and SLA oversight
  • Design and execute customized solar, battery, charger, and service programs across national portfolios
  • Collaborate with Service, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and proactive issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, proposals, and executive-level presentations
  • Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities including OEM resale, warranty management, and aftermarket services
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, working groups, and partner meetings
  • Contribute to long-range revenue forecasts and account-level performance reporting
  • Travel across North America regularly to support customer relationships and project milestones

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred
