Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end launch execution for new health plan partnerships and commercial initiatives, partnering with Health Plan Operations and Technology.
- Serve as accountable point for launch readiness, resolving blockers and enabling clear communication across teams.
- Collaborate with Clinical leadership to align technology and workflows with patient outcomes and caregiver needs.
- Work with Product and Engineering to scope technical effort, plan delivery, and integrate new or reconfigured workflows.
- Partner with Business Development to evaluate emerging opportunities and translate business needs into technical plans.
- Document insights, write and refine launch playbooks, and drive continuous process improvements for scalable launches.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required) or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or healthcare implementation certifications) are a plus
