Responsibilities
- Source and engage physician candidates (radiologists and related clinicians) using traditional and nontraditional platforms.
- Create and manage clear, compelling job postings for physician roles.
- Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies including referrals, internal sourcing, external platforms, and search firm relationships.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle to ensure a high-quality candidate experience and timely decision-making.
- Maintain and update a candidate database and track progress through the recruitment process.
- Advise and partner with leadership on hiring strategy, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
- Mentor and advise teammates on the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to process improvements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree or HR/recruiting certification preferred but not required
