ERP Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Time Keeping System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing timekeeping systems to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of employee work hours. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Experts (SME) for internal Time Keeping applications especially TCP, AccuTime etc. 
  • Evaluate current timekeeping systems and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with HR, finance and other departments to gather system requirements. 
  • Analyze and document business processes, user requirements, and system functionalities. 
  • Design and propose solutions to meet the organization's timekeeping needs. 
  • Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to implement new systems or upgrades. 
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure systems function correctly and meet requirements. 
  • Provide support and resolve issues related to timekeeping systems. 
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and system workflows. 
  • Facilitate data integration and reconciliation between Workday and internal time keeping systems. 
  • Document time keeping system configurations, processes, and updates for future reference. 
  • Train users in new system functionalities and provide ongoing support. 
  • Ensure systems comply with company policies and procedures. 
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments. 
  • Develop process flows and procedures based on key indicators for future improvement opportunities and align enhancements with identified process gaps. 
  • Support and troubleshoot integration between Workday and other time keeping systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with IT and external vendors as needed. 
  • Lead and participate in Workday-related projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree. 
  • At least two years of experience as a System Analyst, with proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvements. 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders and ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. 
  • Demonstrated technical, research and analytical aptitude, report writing and the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and report findings. 
  • Prior experience with data mapping, writing test plans and test cases and working knowledge of SDLC Project methodologies. 
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing or working closely with HR or Financial software cloud solutions such as ERP Oracle Fusion, Workday, Infor etc..is highly desirable. 
  • Proven experience in supporting and managing business applications 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Familiarity with timekeeping software and tools like UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), Kronos, TCP, Workforce etc.. 
  • Exposure to Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Keeping, Absence modules etc. 
  • Experience with system integration and data migration. 
  • Project management or implementation experience related to time and attendance systems.
