- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide escalation support for complex computer hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, compliance upgrades, and emergency response.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, updating ticket tracking system regularly.
- Assist with Active Directory administration and asset management.
- Install operating systems, deploy security patches, and maintain AV systems.
- Create user guides, conduct end-user training and assist with audit controls.
- Contribute to SOP writing and participate in on-call rotation every 5-6 weeks.
Education
- Associate’s degree or 5+ years of end-user computer support experience.
- Experience with regulatory compliance including ISSO and SOX audits.
