Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Care teams to translate goals into metrics, reports, and dashboards.
- Build, maintain, and enhance core business dashboards using Power BI.
- Use SQL and Python to extract, analyze, and transform data for reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Design and document key business metrics ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to support self-service analytics.
- Develop best practices for visualization, dashboard UX, and data storytelling.
- Create training and documentation to improve data literacy across the company.
- Participate in sprint planning and help prioritize BI roadmap projects.
- Mentor stakeholders and act as a subject matter expert in BI toolsets and analytics.
