Responsibilities
- Analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities in claim operations and fulfillment processes.
- Support risk analytics by evaluating claim performance and loss trends to mitigate risks.
- Create compelling data visualizations and narratives to enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize claim product features.
- Ensure data quality and usability via monitoring and pipeline creation, providing tools and documentation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
