- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to meet reporting needs and enable self-service analytics.
- Develop best practices for visualization, dashboard UX, and data storytelling.
- Create training, documentation, and data literacy resources.
- Participate in sprint planning and help shape the BI roadmap.
- Mentor stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert in BI tools and analytics.
