We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Account Executive to lead our presence in the Prosper market. This is a relationship-driven, quota-carrying role ideal for someone with deep real estate knowledge, a strong track record in new home sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. This role will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of Build On Your Lot (BOYL) and suburban clients, fostering community relationships, and driving sales through personalized customer experiences.
This role requires you to be located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with regular in-person client meetings and community engagement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from first meeting through contract execution and financing.
Build and manage a pipeline of buyers, with a focus on both community inventory and BOYL (Build on Your Lot) prospects.
Act as the listing agent for Homebound homes - managing pre-sales, showings, and contract closings.
Drive lead generation through agent partnerships, local networking, and outbound efforts.
Partner with Marketing on events, campaigns, and community engagement to increase visibility and traffic.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records using tools like Salesforce, MLS, and other CRM platforms.
Deliver compelling pitch presentations and guide clients through the sales journey with high-touch service.
Stay on top of competitive offerings and market trends to position Homebound effectively.
Manage and promote quick move-in inventory to meet monthly sales goals.
Ensure model homes and community spaces reflect Homebound’s high standards.
4+ years of sales experience in new homes sales, with a strong closing record
Proven knowledge of Title & Escrow, real estate contracts, and closing processes.
Skilled at building community and agent relationships in the DFW suburbs
Comfortable running in-person sales meetings and site visits with minimal oversight
Proficient in CRM systems, MLS tools, and standard office software
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about helping families build their dream homes
