The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is a highly visible, cross-functional role that connects product strategy to revenue outcomes. You will own the go-to-market strategy for your product areas, working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate our vision into compelling stories, differentiated positioning, and revenue-driving enablement.
This role requires someone who can distill complex ideas into clear messaging, amplify the voice of the customer, and influence across teams. You’ll ensure our products are not only understood but also embraced by the market.

Lead product launches and translate product roadmaps into external stories that inspire customers and prospects.
Build and maintain buyer and influencer personas, ensuring they guide product, sales, and marketing strategies.
Own pricing and packaging recommendations for your product areas, grounded in customer and market insights; partner with Product, Finance, and Revenue leadership to finalize and operationalize changes.
Develop the strategic briefs and core messaging pillars that drive demand generation and content marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative across all channels.
Sales & Revenue Enablement:
Deliver scalable enablement programs (training, playbooks, collateral) that empower sales and customer-facing teams to drive pipeline and close deals.
Partner with Sales to identify gaps in the buying journey and create content and tools that accelerate conversion.
Track and analyze business metrics (pipeline, win rates, adoption, expansion) and adjust GTM strategies accordingly.
Data Analysis:
Monitor and own business metrics in regard to revenue, pipeline, win rate, and usage metrics for your product areas.
Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace.
Customer & Market Insight:
Be the voice of the customer: gather insights through interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, and advisory groups.
Turn customer and market intelligence into actionable inputs for product strategy and campaign development.
Build a system of customer advocacy, case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership that elevates our brand story.
Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and category shifts.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as a connector across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support, ensuring alignment and driving execution without authority.
Influence roadmap discussions with market evidence and customer insight.
Represent Neon One externally as a product and category evangelist with prospects, customers, and partners.
How Success Will Be Measured:
