As a Territory Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. From nurturing existing accounts to pursuing new opportunities, this role is all about passion, performance, and partnerships—backed by earnings potential and incentive programs.

What You’ll Do:


  • Champion the Customer: Own and strengthen customer relationships, educate clients on ordering platforms, and provide tailored menu consultations, product recommendations, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Increase sales, acquire new business, and deliver impactful presentations with strategies customized for each client.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service to maximize opportunities and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Lead with Insight: Identify new prospects using market data, leads, industry events, and networking.
  • Resolve Issues Quickly: Troubleshoot order or delivery problems to keep customers satisfied.
  • Know Your Market: Stay informed about competitors, product innovations, and industry trends to offer value-added insights.
  • Stay Mobile: Conduct site visits, follow-ups, and check-ins throughout your assigned territory.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Experience in foodservice, culinary, hospitality, or restaurant management a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and developing new business
  • Problem-solving, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM tools like Salesforce are a plus
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 75 lbs
