Part-Time Sales Manager – Retail (Children’s Apparel)

Location: Snellville, GA

Schedule: Part-Time | Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays as Scheduled


A leading North American children’s apparel retailer is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to help create a welcoming, supportive shopping environment for families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with customers during life’s milestones—whether it’s helping new parents choose baby essentials or guiding families as they prepare for back-to-school.


The Sales Manager will play a key leadership role on the sales floor, coaching team members, ensuring service excellence, and driving store performance. This position offers opportunities to learn, grow, and build retail leadership experience in a collaborative, customer-focused setting.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as a brand and product expert, guiding customers through product features, benefits, and fit.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for both customers and team members.
  • Model company service standards and omni-channel sales experiences while coaching others to excel.
  • Lead assigned business focus areas with detailed planning and follow-through.
  • Act as Leader on Duty to drive results and address customer concerns with prompt, appropriate resolutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support customer loyalty initiatives, including store credit programs.
  • Provide real-time feedback and recognize strong performance among team members.
  • Contribute to asset protection efforts through service, safety awareness, and operational controls.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.


Physical Requirements


  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
