About the Role
A pioneering technology and logistics company is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to help lead the future of robotics delivery and manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll drive the development of intelligent AI/ML products that enhance robotics fulfillment, streamline the global supply chain, and deliver smart operational insights at scale.
As part of the Robotics Operations Data Solutions (RODS) team, you will partner with engineering, applied science, and data teams to define the strategy, build products, and improve the deployment and operation of robotics-enabled fulfillment centers. You’ll own product roadmaps and translate vision into iterative, data-driven solutions that support complex operations across manufacturing and logistics.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong technical product management experience, especially in AI/ML, supply chain optimization, or robotics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for intelligent robotics and supply chain solutions
- Translate customer needs and operational challenges into clear product requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders in an agile environment
- Create detailed business requirements, user stories, and product specifications
- Drive feature prioritization, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines
- Advocate for key stakeholders and customers during product planning and executive reviews
- Align with broader Robotics and Fulfillment organizations to ensure effective execution and adoption
- Operate with autonomy in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
About the Team
The Robotics Operations Data Solutions (RODS) team supports global robotics initiatives by building the data infrastructure, advanced analytics, and scientific models that power strategic decisions in robotics manufacturing and supply chain. This cross-functional team of engineers and scientists supports internal partners across technical operations, robotics strategy, and quality initiatives.
Qualifications
Basic
- Bachelor’s degree (in a technical or analytical discipline preferred)
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product roadmaps and feature delivery
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to participate in architecture and engineering discussions
- Experience managing digital, technical, or data-driven products
- Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs and stakeholder priorities
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, QlikView)
- Familiarity with ML/AI-enabled tools or intelligent automation solutions
- Background in manufacturing, operations research, or supply chain technology
- Ability to drive adoption of new platforms or internal product tools across large organizations
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges between $136,100 to $235,200, depending on geographic location, experience, and role level. Total compensation may include performance bonuses, equity, and a full suite of medical and financial benefits.
