Registered Nurse – Cardiac Stepdown (Night Shift)

A well-respected regional healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac Stepdown Unit on the night shift. This unit specializes in post-cardiac catheterization recovery and cardiovascular stepdown care, serving patients transitioning from intensive cardiac procedures to stable recovery.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and specialists
• Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post-care support
• Respond to cardiac-specific needs and stepdown patient transitions with attentiveness and accuracy

✅ Qualifications

Licensure/Certifications:

• Registered Nurse license (Oklahoma or compact state, active and in good standing)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required within 30 days of hire

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN accepted)

Experience:

• Cardiac or stepdown experience preferred, but not required
