Anne Arundel Dermatology is a physician-led, patient-focused dermatology group with over 300 providers and 100+ locations across seven states. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our well-established office in Havre de Grace, Maryland — a charming, historic waterfront community just north of Baltimore, offering a lifestyle you’ll love and a patient base that truly needs you.

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect

✅ Established & Growing Practice

• Walk into a busy, underserved office with strong patient demand

• Full clinical autonomy to practice General Dermatology, and optionally Cosmetic Dermatology and in-office surgeries/excisions

• Cosmetics and surgery are supported but not required

💰 Competitive Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $400,000+ for 32+ hours/week

• Uncapped earning potential through productivity-based incentives

Licensure/Certifications/Education

M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.

Successful completion of Residency and at an accredited healthcare institution.

Board certification in Dermatology

Current State Medical Practitioner License

Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and Department of Public Safety (DPS) registration for prescription writing

Full time employees (defined as regularly working at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits:
