Registered Nurse (RN) – Urology/Stroke Unit (Nights)

📍 Waco, TX | 🏥 Full-Time | ⏰ 3x12 Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We’re currently seeking a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care on our Urology/Stroke unit. This is a full-time night shift position offering excellent benefits and opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in alignment with established protocols and procedures
• Monitor and communicate patient condition and progress
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans for effective treatment and discharge planning
• Follow through with physician and nursing team orders
• Provide patient and family education as needed
• Serve as a key liaison for patients, families, and care teams

✅ Qualifications

Licensure/Certification:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas or eligibility through Nurse Licensure Compact
• BLS certification (from AHA or Red Cross) required within 30 days of hire

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)

Experience:

• 1+ year of RN experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
