Position Summary
This cross-functional team will assess our current portfolio and define the strategy and execution to evolve our portfolio. The Brand Manager for this team will:
Lead removal of FD&C colors across desserts portfolio led by brand strategy
Lead cross-functional team to commercialize new renovated items (i.e. procurement on natural dye replacement options, operations with factory & capital implications, R&D on product/pack development, PMO on project timelines, Insights/Sensory on consumer testing, etc.)
Monitor consumer sentiment as it relates to ingredient evolution and build cohesive claims strategy
Build holistic proposition including optimized product (vetted via consumer testing), packaging graphics changes, portfolio pricing strategy and beyond
Support ingredient strategy on what should come next across the US portfolio

360 Marketer – business acumen with understanding of P&L, capital process, pricing strategy as well as recommendation communication strategy (on and off pack)
Collaborator: Team player and culture creator who works well in a fast-paced environment
Flexible: Be adaptable and adjust to evolving consumer, legislative and regulatory environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA with Strategy, Marketing, or General Management emphasis preferred
5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, brand management preferred
4+ years of commercialization experience
Strong collaborator, who can lead complex cross-functional workstreams
Resilient in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments
Self-starter, who operates independently
Strategic, big picture thinker who can also execute with excellence
Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving decisions via strong, data-led stories
Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Excellent organization and project management skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
