Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision and strategy for provider growth to increase the number of active providers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, data, operations, and GTM to deliver impactful product outcomes.
- Lead and grow a team of product managers focused on onboarding, referrals, and provider activation.
- Use data and design to optimize onboarding journeys and conversion rates.
- Gain insights from providers and market feedback to inform product prioritization and strategy.
- Act as a strategic thought partner on growth, activation, and provider experience across the company.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
