Hazel Health is seeking a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist with an OH license for a full-time remote position, focused on providing virtual mental health care to K-12 students.
Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based virtual mental health counseling, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate with care management teams to support students' mental health needs.
Skills: Strong communication, technological, and organizational skills; experience in telehealth and a working knowledge of mental health diagnosis and assessment practices are essential.
Qualifications: Must be licensed as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in OH; experience in school-based therapy preferred; willingness to obtain licenses in additional states is a plus.
Location: Remote within the USA, candidates must have an active license in OH or plan to relocate there.
Compensation: $68350 - $76650 / Annually

As a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Virtual), your primary responsibility will be to provide quality mental health care to students within our partner school districts. You will interact and build relationships with school personnel, family members, and other stakeholders working to bring accessible healthcare to students nationwide.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $68,350 - $76,650, a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
