Hazel Health is seeking a Licensed Pediatric Mental Health Intake Therapist to provide virtual assessments and counseling for K-12 students. This role offers the flexibility of a remote contractor position while making a significant impact on children's mental health across the country.
Responsibilities: Conduct initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students, collaborate with other therapists, and maintain communication with family and school personnel.
Skills: Licensed as a LISW, LMFT, or LMHC, experienced in mental health practices for children, and proficient in technology and communication tools.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of licensure in Iowa, and additional licensure in CA or other specified states, with the ability to enroll with insurance companies.
Location: Remote within the USA, with a preference for candidates able to work after school hours, based on state licensing requirements.
Compensation: $95 - $100 / Hourly

Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Mental Health Intake Therapist (Virtual) working as an independent contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting initial mental health intakes and assessments for K-12 students.
Your Background & Qualifications:
Please Note: As a 1099 independent contractor, you will not receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or access to Hazel’s retirement savings contributions.
