Kiddom is seeking an Instructional Designer - Math to create and optimize digital curriculum products in a remote capacity, enhancing educational experiences for K-12 math classrooms.
Responsibilities: Design and edit interactive digital curriculum materials, develop lesson presentations, review content for quality assurance, align content to standards, and manage project timelines.
Skills: 3-5 years of K-12 math teaching, 3+ years in instructional design, strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and project management skills.
Qualifications: Strong empathy for educators and a passion for equitable education; experience with Illustrative Math is preferred.
Location: Remote, within the U.S.
Compensation: $60000 - $85000 / Annually

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for editing and designing digital curriculum products within the Kiddom platform as well as editing and designing additional supplemental resources. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that teacher and student-facing content are optimized for our digital platform. You will report directly to the Head of Curriculum.

Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
