Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the acquisition pipeline across core and adjacent solution areas
- Identify and evaluate targets via proactive outreach and inbound opportunities
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, and business case development for potential deals
- Coordinate cross-functional diligence with internal teams and external advisors
- Support negotiation and transaction execution through to close
- Partner with integration and business leaders to align post-close plans with deal assumptions
- Deliver market, competitive, and scenario analyses to inform executive decision-making
- Prepare materials and present recommendations to investment committee, executive team, and board
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
- MBA or CFA preferred
