In order to accelerate our growth in the US, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our international sales team. You will be the one of the two first Account Executives on the ground and responsible for closing new logos and generating ARR.
At all stages of the sales process, you will educate prospects on our solution through calls, demos, and customized presentations. You will conduct in-depth discovery to understand your prospect’s pain, and then demonstrate how our solution solves them while delivering value in the areas of increased employee engagement and eNPS and a reduction in employee turnover costs.
This role will be hybrid, with two - three days per week in our co-working space in Boston. It is budgeted for $160 - 200k OTE per year.
