The Role - US Account Executive
We’re expanding into the US, and you're our first sales hire on the ground. This is a rare opportunity to shape our growth in one of the world’s biggest legal markets. You’ll blend commercial firepower with domain fluency, helping US-based legal, compliance, and marketing teams modernize their workflows with world-class AI.
What you’ll own
Drive revenue growth across the US, with an initial focus on New York and major regulated industries like financial services and insurance.
Prospect engagement & qualification - connect with legal, compliance and marketing leaders, earning trust fast.
Solution consultation - demo and map AI power to real-world workflows.
Pipeline development - build and nurture a robust funnel via outreach, referrals and networking.
Relationship building - become the long-term trusted advisor, not “just another vendor”
Industry expertise - US compliance trends and the evolving legal-tech landscape
Sales-enablement collaboration - partner with Marketing to craft case studies & thought leadership.
Autonomous GTM execution - loop tight with Product, Engineering & CS; track pipeline in the CRM; fly the Haast flag at conferences and meet-ups.

What we’re looking for
A builder’s mindset – you’re excited to be Haast’s first US-based GTM hire, laying the foundation for long-term expansion. You’re curious, credible, and bring energy into every conversation.
Commercial drive - proven track record of exceeding sales targets, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
Industry fluency – you get how compliance actually works in regulated industries and understand how the right tech can ease the load and unlock real business value.
Clear communicator - you can take complex concepts and distill them into sharp, business-relevant messaging.
Start-up mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable, and excited to help shape new processes in a high-growth environment.
Tech-curious - a genuine interest in AI and its potential to transform how compliance and legal teams work.
Nice to have, but not essential
Experience working in or selling to legal, risk, or compliance teams - either from a legal, SaaS, or high-growth B2B background.
Exposure to regulated environments or previous experience in corporate law, compliance, or enterprise in-house teams.
Time spent in a scale-up or startup where you’ve had to wear multiple hats and move fast.
