Expansion at Grindr means going beyond our core to create new blocks of the Gayborhood, offering products and services our audience already wants—starting with Health and Travel. Woodwork by Grindr, our telehealth business for men starting with ED medication launched earlier this year and is already off to a bright start. As a Product Lead, Expansion - Health & Wellness, you will play a critical role in defining, building, and scaling new consumer products that leverage Grindr’s unique engagement, data, and brand to serve our community in new ways.
This is a hands-on senior product management role. You’ll work closely with Business, Engineering, Design, Data, Research, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations to bring products from concept through launch and iteration, delivering meaningful results for millions for a vibrant community with unique healthcare needs..
What’s the job?
Define product strategy and roadmap for new Grindr expansion initiatives in Health and Wellness.
Translate vision into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
Partner closely across technical, business, and operations teams in and out of Grindr to build and ship consumer-facing products.
Run experiment-driven product development and evaluate outcomes using data, research, and customer feedback.
Lead launches in tight collaboration with go-to-market, marketing, and operations teams.
Balance short-term product iterations with long-term vision and scaling.
Communicate priorities and progress across cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum.
What we'll love about you
7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer internet, mobile, or marketplace businesses.
Proven ability to deliver products from zero to one, including concept, validation, launch, and iteration.
Strong product sense: you can make tradeoffs that balance user needs with business goals.
Experience working with engineering, design, and research teams to create user-centric products.
Skilled in using both qualitative and quantitative insights to shape strategy and evaluate product decisions.
Strong communication skills with ability to influence peers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Track record of impact in ambiguous environments with fast-moving priorities.
