Skills
- 6+ years of product design with strong portfolio in B2B SaaS
- Proven experience designing analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools
- Experience with modular design systems and component-driven design
- Deep understanding of UX patterns for data-centric interfaces
- Proficiency with Figma and creating interactive prototypes
- Experience conducting and applying user and data research to inform design
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for data and analytics features: user research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design QA.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Engineering on data schemas, architecture, and implementation details.
- Facilitate user research sessions, design sprints, and workshops to validate hypotheses and iterate solutions.
- Create and maintain consistent patterns in the Seedling design system for data interfaces.
- Design interfaces that support multi-level users and diverse data maturity, including customization, filtering, drill-downs, and comparative views.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating product design work for complex, data-centric tools
