Digital Marketing Manager, CRO

Greenhouse is a remote-first B2B SaaS company on a mission to improve how organizations hire. We are looking for a mid-level Digital Marketing Manager, CRO to own the website as a growth channel—leading SEO/AIO, CRO, GEO, experimentation, personalization, and analytics to drive demand generation and improve conversion performance.

Skills

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on website optimization (SEO, CRO, analytics) in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Hands-on experience with website A/B testing and personalization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Intellimize).
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightEdge) and common CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot CMS).
  • Ability to analyze complex data and convert it into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with developers, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Project management skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution for SEO/AIO, CRO, and GEO initiatives to increase qualified traffic and conversion rates.
  • Own and prioritize the website testing roadmap (A/B tests, multivariate, personalization) and translate results into scalable improvements.
  • Partner with design, content, product marketing, and website teams to optimize landing pages, user flows, and performance.
  • Manage website analytics and tagging (GA4, GTM) ensuring accurate tracking of traffic, conversions, and key events.
  • Audit and improve tagging, pixels, and data integrity across the website ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and channel marketers to align website reporting with funnel and pipeline metrics.
  • Work with web development partners to scope, prioritize, and launch site enhancements.
  • Provide insights and regular reporting to leadership on website performance and optimization opportunities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ongoing professional development or certifications in analytics, SEO, or CRO is a plus.
