Great Minds is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to empower financial decision-making across the organization, leveraging tools and insights to support effective planning and strategy execution.
Responsibilities: The Lead Financial Analyst will provide hands-on coaching, develop FP&A acumen, support executive decision-making, and deliver tailored financial analysis and reporting.
Skills: Candidates should have strong corporate FP&A expertise, excellent communication and storytelling skills, and proficiency in advanced financial tools and technologies, particularly Excel and PowerBI.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Ideal candidates should have over 7 years of relevant experience and strong strategic thinking abilities.
Location: This position is fully remote, with no on-site requirements.
Compensation: $102000 - $112000 / Annually

Job Purpose
Finance business partners empower financially sound planning and decision making throughout the organization. You will enable decision makers to make sound financial decisions more independently by leveraging tools, forecasting models and reports to simplify FP&A analysis into easily digestible business logic. Leaders will also rely on you as a sought-after thought-partner for strategic decisions and for insights that help achieve performance targets and outcomes.

The expected base salary range for this position is $102,000-$112,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
