The Opportunity

Grammarly is hiring a Senior Manager, Workplace Experience to lead and execute day-to-day operations for our AMER hubs, with a strong focus on ensuring our HQ runs reliably, efficiently, and without friction. This is a highly hands-on role overseeing facilities, vendors, space planning, onsite services, and workplace safety support. You’ll also support regional real estate project delivery and bring strong analytical and tooling skills to help us optimize how we operate.

We’re looking for a senior operator to manage the day-to-day execution of our AMER workplaces, with a focus on Grammarly’s HQ. You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader, ensuring the office operates seamlessly each day — well-maintained, fully equipped, and ready to deliver a high-quality experience for employees and guests.

You’ll lead local team members, oversee vendor performance, and coordinate across Workplace, Legal, IT, People, and Finance teams. You’ll also play a key role in supporting regional real estate projects, driving workplace readiness, and applying an analytical lens to how we manage data, budgets, and performance. You should be comfortable working in Coda, building dashboards, and using formulas to structure scalable tools and reporting. In this role you will do the following:

HQ Operations & Regional Oversight

  • Manage daily workplace operations at HQ and other AMER hubs, ensuring spaces are clean, stocked, and fully operational
  • Oversee onsite services including maintenance, mail, supply ordering, food and beverage, and workspace readiness
  • Act as the senior point of contact for all local operational needs and escalations

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Manage and coach local Workplace Experience team members to deliver high-quality service
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring strong service levels, clear accountability, and cost control
  • Own hub-level operating budgets, track spend, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency

Workplace Readiness & Safety Support

  • Support workplace safety practices, drills, and emergency protocols in coordination with internal leads
  • Maintain operational compliance and ensure readiness for high-traffic and team on-site days

Real Estate Project Delivery

  • Support the execution of regional projects, including buildouts, moves, and space refreshes
  • Coordinate vendor timelines, installations, punchlists, and logistics with the Head of Global Workplace Experience

Data, Dashboards & Process Improvement

  • Track and analyze metrics such as occupancy, ticket volume, space utilization, and vendor performance
  • Build dashboards and tracking systems using Coda and other tools to help the team visualize trends and make decisions
  • Use formulas and automation to scale reporting, budgeting, and planning workflows
  • Identify and implement operational improvements that drive consistency, quality, and scalability

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in workplace, office, or facilities operations, with oversight of regional hubs or HQ environments
  • A hands-on, operational mindset with strong problem-solving and people management skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational workflows
  • Familiarity with office buildouts, moves, or workplace refresh projects
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to identify trends and optimize performance
  • Experience building dashboards and tools in Coda or similar platforms, and writing formulas to streamline operations
  • A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and build scalable systems
  • Clear communication skills and experience working cross-functionally across Workplace, Legal, IT, Finance, and People teams
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
  • Embodies our EAGER values—is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable
  • Is inspired by our MOVE principles: move fast and learn faster; obsess about creating customer value; value impact over activity; and embrace healthy disagreement rooted in trust
