Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding, personalized customer service and product recommendations
- Drive personal and store sales through relationship-building and merchandising
- Operate POS, process transactions and handle cash accurately
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing and inventory tasks
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and jewelry presentation
- Coach and mentor teammates; step into keyholder responsibilities as needed
- Assist with deliveries, restocking, and maintaining store cleanliness
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No college degree required; retail experience valued
