Skills
- 3+ years of L&D experience designing and delivering corporate learning programs
- Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing documentation and meetings
- Proficient with Excel for curation and basic data analysis
- Comfortable with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams) and collaborative platforms (Miro, SharePoint, Slack)
- Familiarity with compliance-driven content (HIPAA, ISO or industry-specific regulations)
- Ability to work asynchronously across time zones and adapt schedule as needed
- Curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools and emerging learning technologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses via surveys and client meetings to identify learning gaps and root causes
- Translate insights into SMART goals and measurable success criteria tied to business outcomes
- Curate and assemble learning programs from Go1’s 100,000+ course library aligned to client goals
- Design tailored learning paths for varied learner proficiency levels and compliance requirements
- Present recommendations and timelines to senior stakeholders and support follow-through
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on client calls, documentation, and project follow-up
- Support pre-sales discovery and create tailored playlists to help convert prospects
- Deliver content and solutions on agreed timelines while meeting quality benchmarks
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant L&D certifications (optional) such as ATD, CPLP
