This is a temp to hire, hybrid position requiring 2 - 3 days a week working from the Doral, FL office (and more during Latin GRAMMY season).
The Administrative Assistant will work with the Membership team of the Latin Recording Academy in providing an excellent experience to our members through stellar customer service and data management. You are organized, detail-oriented, data savvy, flexible, and can prioritize new tasks as they come in. You are eager to provide the utmost care in customer service and discretion to our members.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
The rate for this position is $18.50 per hour, benchmarked against industry standards. Rates for positions required to be in specific geographic locations reflect the corresponding labor market.

Through the generosity of our donors and volunteer professionals, our dedicated team works across the country to ensure the music community has the resources and support it needs.
GRAMMY MUSEUM
The GRAMMY Museum is a nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating and exploring music from yesterday and today to inspire the music of tomorrow through music preservation, education, exhibitions, and public programming and aims to create a world in which shared love of music sparks curiosity, creativity, and community. Programs include GRAMMY in the Schools education programs that are offered year-round for students, teachers, and schools throughout the United States.
