- Hands-on experience with SSO setup, people data integrations, and enterprise connector configuration
- Cloud fluency (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to define and track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Executive communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset for diagnosing blockers and proposing solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Delivery Excellence Managers; own team performance, operating rhythms, and career development.
- Create and maintain prescriptive delivery playbooks, templates, and readiness gates for consistent deployments (SSO, people data, connectors).
- Own end-to-end delivery governance across accounts: kickoff, planning, deployment, go-live, handoff, and renewal-readiness.
- Set, report on, and drive improvement against portfolio KPIs (deployment velocity, time-to-value, adoption, satisfaction, ROI proxies).
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, AI Outcomes, Support, and R&D to ensure a seamless customer journey and accelerate post-launch value.
- Engage with executive sponsors and customer program leads to align on goals and serve as a strategic advisor during escalations.
- Systematize field feedback to influence product roadmap, deployment tooling, and admin UX with clear business cases.
- Improve onboarding processes, documentation, tooling, and champion operational excellence across planning, execution, and closeout.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent work experience in enterprise SaaS delivery/consulting
