Customer Activation Manager - REMOTE

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Activation Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming finance operations for our strategic enterprise customers. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of our innovative platform, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our products. As a key member of the activation team, you will refine methodologies that bolster our growth while deeply engaging with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges. Accountabilities
  • Project manage the thorough and complete implementation and onboarding of new strategic enterprise customers
  • Execute program management for successful launches of the platform across top-tier accounts in partnership with various teams
  • Act as a strategic consultant and extension of customers’ teams through the setup process
  • Deeply understand customer workflows and tailor solutions to address pain points
  • Drive product utilization and revenue by minimizing implementation delays
  • Become an expert in integration and configuration options for the product suite
  • Assist with change management and deliver custom training for client organizations
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure customer feedback is prioritized and reviewed
  • Balance multiple priorities supporting implementation and proactive customer outreach


Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in implementation, activation, or customer success in a B2B organization
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customer relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in managing complex technology transformation projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with technical counterparts to troubleshoot and provide feedback
  • Ability to anticipate customers' needs and provide tailored product solutions
  • High adaptability and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
