- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Deep expertise with BI tools—Tableau required
- Experience designing and operating sales forecasting methodologies
- Predictive modeling experience (churn, propensity, lead scoring)
- Customer success analytics including health scoring and NRR/GRR analysis
- Professional services analytics: utilization, project profitability, capacity planning
- Strong data modeling and statistical analysis skills
- Ability to translate analysis into clear executive recommendations
- Familiarity with product analytics and customer data platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Pendo)
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing revenue analytics team covering sales, customer success, and professional services.
- Own the analytics roadmap and deliverables for sales forecasting, pipeline optimization, churn/expansion modeling, and services profitability.
- Design and maintain enterprise-level forecasting models and processes for board-level and public reporting.
- Develop customer health scores, churn prediction models, and NRR/GRR cohort analyses to support retention and expansion programs.
- Create utilization, profitability, and capacity planning models for Professional Services and delivery teams.
- Build executive dashboards and integrated reporting that link pre-sale, post-sale, and services metrics into unified customer views.
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Enterprise Data to ensure data quality, governance, and cross-functional alignment.
- Present complex analyses and recommendations to C-level and VP stakeholders; author strategic analyses for executive audiences and investor materials.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred but not required
