Gigawatts Electric is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Representative to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first line of communication for our customers, providing them with real-time support through our live chat platform. Your main focus will be to assist customers with their inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure they have a seamless experience with our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to tackle challenges with ease. Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via live chat, providing real-time assistance and solutions to inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns effectively and efficiently, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems.
  • Work closely with other team members to identify trends and improve service quality.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
  • Maintain knowledge of Gigawatts Electric’s products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in a live chat role.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality service.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
